باب الرجل يجعل أمر امرأته بيدها
Chapter on a man giving his wife the right to decide
Hadith Number: 1628
نا إسماعيل بن عياش، عن عبيد الله بن عبيد الكلاعي، عن مكحول، قال: " إذا جعل الرجل امر امراته بيدها فارجات ذلك فلا شيء لها" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: "If a man gives his wife the right of choice and the woman delays exercising this right, then she no longer has any right (of choice)."
