باب ما جاء في الظهار من الأمة
Chapter on what is reported regarding zihar from a slave woman
Hadith Number: 1855
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " إذا كان قد وطئها، ثم ظاهر منها فهو ظهار، وإن لم يكن وطئها فلا ظهار عليه" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man has had intercourse with his wife and then pronounces zihar, the zihar will take effect. But if he has not had intercourse, then zihar will not take effect."
