باب الرجل يجد امرأته غير عذراء
Chapter on a man finding his wife not a virgin
Hadith Number: 2114
نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، وانا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، والشيباني، عن الشعبي، انهم قالوا في الرجل إذا لم يجد امراته عذراء، قالوا:" ليس عليه شيء، العذرة تذهب من غير ريبة، تذهبها الوثبة، وكثرة الحيض، والتعنيس، والحمل الثقيل" .
Hasan al-Basri, Ibrahim, and Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "If a man does not find virginity in his wife, then nothing is required of him, because virginity can be lost due to jumping, excessive menstruation, remaining unmarried for a long time, or due to pregnancy."
