Hadith Number: 2178
نا ابو الاحوص، نا عبد الكريم الجزري، عن عطاء، في الرجل تكون له الامة، فيطلع على انها تفجر، قال:" لا باس ان يقع عليها" .
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone knows that his slave-girl commits adultery, even then there is no harm in having intercourse with her."
