Hadith Number: 2179
انا خالد، عن يونس، عن الحسن، في رجل يصالح امراته على صلح من يومها فترجع قال:" إن رضيت، فليس لها ان ترجع" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If on the day of reconciliation the wife expresses her consent, then there is no right of return."
