باب ما جاء في إباحة الطعام بأرض العدو
Chapter on what is reported regarding the permissibility of eating food in enemy territory
Hadith Number: 2742
نا جرير، عن ليث، عن مجاهد، قال: " كانوا ياكلون من العسل والفواكه، ويعلفون إلا الحنطة ؛ فإنهم لم يكونوا ياخذون حتى يخمس" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "They would eat honey and fruit and use fodder, but they would not take wheat without extracting the khums from it."
