باب الرجل من العدو يدخل دار الإسلام بالأمان، ثم يقتل، ومن خرج يريد الإسلام
Chapter on a man from the enemy entering the land of Islam under protection, then being killed, and one who leaves intending Islam
Hadith Number: 2826
نا عبد الله بن المبارك، عن معمر، عن زياد بن مسلم، ان رجلا قدم من الهند بامان إلى عدن، فقتله رجل باخيه، فكتب فيه إلى عمر بن عبد العزيز، فكتب عمر:" ان لا تقتلوه به، وخذوا منه الدية، وابعثوا بها إلى ذريته"، وامر به فسجن .
Hazrat Ziyad bin Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A man came from India to Aden under protection. Then a Muslim killed him in place of his brother. So Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote: Do not kill him. Take blood money from him. And send it to the heirs of the murdered. And imprison the killer.
