باب : النهي عن ذلك
Chapter: The prohibition of that (i.e., performing ablution with the leftover water)
Hadith Number: 374
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى ، حدثنا المعلى بن اسد ، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن المختار ، حدثنا عاصم الاحول ، عن عبد الله بن سرجس ، قال:" نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان يغتسل الرجل بفضل وضوء المراة، والمراة بفضل الرجل، ولكن يشرعان جميعا".
It was narrated that `Abdullah bin Sarjis said: "The Messenger of Allah forbade men to perform ablution with the water left over by a woman, and women to perform ablution with water left over by a man, however both (spouses) may start to perform their ablutions at the same time." Abu `Abdullah Ibn Majah said: "The first (narration) is correct, and the second (narration) is Wahm (an error)." Another chain with similar wording.
قال الشيخ الألباني: صحيح
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:إسناده صحيح
Hadith Number: 373
حدثنا محمد بن بشار ، حدثنا ابو داود ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن عاصم الاحول ، عن ابي حاجب ، عن الحكم بن عمرو ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم" نهى ان يتوضا الرجل بفضل وضوء المراة".
It was narrated from Hakam bin 'Amr that: The Messenger of Allah forbade men to perform ablution with the left over water by a woman.
قال الشيخ الألباني: صحيح
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:إسناده حسن
