باب في الْحُبْلَى إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ:
Chapter: Pregnant Woman Seeing Blood
Hadith Number: 956
اخبرنا اخبرنا خالد بن مخلد، حدثنا مالك بن انس، قال: سالت الزهري عن الحامل ترى الدم، فقال: "تدع الصلاة".
Imam Malik bin Anas, may Allah have mercy on him, said that I asked Imam Zuhri, may Allah have mercy on him, about a pregnant woman who experiences bleeding, so he said: She will abandon the prayer.

Hadith Number: 957
اخبرنا عبيد الله بن موسى، عن عثمان بن الاسود، قال: سالت , مجاهدا عن امراتي رات دما، وانا اراها حاملا، قال: "ذلك غيض الارحام الله يعلم ما تحمل كل انثى وما تغيض الارحام وما تزداد سورة الرعد آية 8، فما غاضت من شيء رات مثله في الحمل".
Uthman bin Al-Aswad said: I asked Mujahid about my wife who had bleeding; I thought she was pregnant. He said: This is from the category of "Ghayz al-Arham" (Allah knows what the wombs contain, and the shrinking and swelling of the belly...) [الرعد 8/13]

Hadith Number: 958
اخبرنا حجاج، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن عاصم الاحول، عن عكرمة في هذه الآية: الله يعلم ما تحمل كل انثى وما تغيض الارحام وما تزداد وكل شيء عنده بمقدار سورة الرعد آية 8، قال: "ذلك الحيض على الحبل، لا تحيض يوما في الحبل إلا زادته طاهرا في حبلها".
Asim al-Ahwal narrated from Ikrimah that regarding the verse (Allah knows what every female bears, and what the wombs lose or exceed. Everything with Him is by due measure) [الرعد 8/13]
Ikrimah said: This refers to the menstruation during pregnancy. If a woman experiences menstruation for one day during pregnancy, she adds to her purity in her pregnancy.

Hadith Number: 959
اخبرنا اخبرنا ابو النعمان، حدثنا حماد بن زيد، عن يحيى بن سعيد، قال: امر لا يختلف فيه عندنا، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها "المراة الحبلى إذا رات الدم انها لا تصلي حتى تطهر".
Yahya bin Saeed said: There is no difference among us regarding one issue. Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: If a pregnant woman experiences bleeding, she should not pray until she becomes pure (i.e., the bleeding stops).

Hadith Number: 960
اخبرنا ابو النعمان، حدثنا ثابت بن يزيد، حدثنا عاصم، عن عكرمة: وما تغيض الارحام سورة الرعد آية 8، قال: "هو الحيض على الحبل وما تزداد سورة الرعد آية 8، قال: فلها بكل يوم حاضت في حملها يوما تزداد في طهرها حتى تستكمل تسعة اشهر طاهرا".
Asim (al-Ahwal) narrated from Ikrimah that «وما تغيض الأرحام» refers to the menstruation of a pregnant woman, and regarding «وما تزداد» , Ikrimah said: For such a woman, for every day that she continues to menstruate, her period of purity will be increased, until nine months are completed.

Hadith Number: 961
اخبرنا ابو النعمان، حدثنا ابو عوانة، عن ابي بشر، عن مجاهد: وما تغيض الارحام سورة الرعد آية 8، قال: "إذا حاضت المراة وهي حامل، قال: يكون ذلك نقصانا من الولد، فإذا زادت على تسعة اشهر، كان تماما لما نقص من ولدها".
It is narrated from Abu Bishr that Mujahid said regarding «وما تغيض الأرحام» : When a pregnant woman experiences menstruation, it is a defect in the child, and when the pregnancy exceeds nine months, then what was deficient is made up in the child.

اخبرنا حجاج، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن حميد، عن بكر بن عبد الله المزني، انه قال: "امراتي تحيض وهي حبلى".
Bakr bin Abdullah Al-Muzani said: My wife experiences menstruation while she is pregnant.

قال ابو محمد: سمعت سليمان بن حرب، يقول: امراتي تحيض وهي حبلى.
Abu Muhammad Imam Darimi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I heard from Sulaiman bin Harb: He used to say that my wife experiences menstruation during pregnancy.

Hadith Number: 964
اخبرنا اخبرنا حجاج، حدثنا حماد، عن يحيى بن سعيد، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها، انها قالت: "إذا رات الحبلى الدم، فلتمسك عن الصلاة فإنه حيض".
It is narrated from Yahya bin Saeed: Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: When a pregnant woman sees blood, she should refrain from prayer; it is menstrual blood.

The above-mentioned narration from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) through the chain of Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him).
