مُسْنَدُ الْأَنْصَارِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ
Musnad of the Ansar
وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ ثَوْبَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
And from the hadith of Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 22382
حدثنا إسماعيل ، اخبرنا هشام الدستوائي ، عن يحيى بن ابي كثير ، عن ابي قلابة ، عن ابي اسماء ، عن ثوبان , ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اتى على رجل يحتجم في رمضان، فقال " افطر الحاجم والمحجوم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was having cupping done during the month of Ramadan. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The one who does cupping and the one who gets it done, both their fasts are broken.

Hadith Number: 22383
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد ، عن ثور ، عن راشد بن سعد ، عن ثوبان ، قال: بعث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سرية فاصابهم البرد، فلما قدموا على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم شكوا إليه ما اصابهم من البرد،" فامرهم ان يمسحوا على العصائب والتساخين" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent an army somewhere. On the way, the season turned cold. When those people returned to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), they complained to him about the hardship caused by the severity of the cold. So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed them to wipe over their turbans and leather socks.

Hadith Number: 22384
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد ، قال: شعبة حدثنا، عن قتادة ، عن سالم ، عن معدان ، عن ثوبان ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " من صلى على جنازة، فله قيراط، فإن شهد دفنها، فله قيراطان، القيراط مثل احد" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever participates in a funeral will receive one qirat of reward, and whoever remains until the burial will receive two qirats, and the measure of one qirat is equal to Mount Uhud.

Hadith Number: 22385
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا ابن ابي ذئب ، عن محمد بن قيس ، عن عبد الرحمن بن يزيد ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من يتقبل لي بواحدة واتقبل له بالجنة؟" قال: قلت: انا , قال: لا تسال الناس شيئا" , فكان ثوبان يقع سوطه وهو راكب، فلا يقول لاحد: ناولنيه، حتى ينزل فيتناوله.
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever guarantees me one thing, I will guarantee him Paradise. Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) offered himself. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not ask people for anything. He replied: Alright. So after that, he never asked anyone for anything, even if he was riding and his whip fell, he would not ask anyone to pick it up; he would get down himself and pick it up.

Hadith Number: 22386
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا سفيان ، عن عبد الله بن عيسى ، عن عبد الله بن ابي الجعد ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن الرجل ليحرم الرزق بالذنب يصيبه، ولا يرد القدر إلا الدعاء، ولا يزيد في العمر إلا البر" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sometimes a person is deprived of sustenance because of a sin that he commits, and nothing can avert destiny except supplication, and nothing increases life except righteousness.

حكم دارالسلام: حسن لغيره دون قوله: إن الرجل ... يصيبه، وهذا إسناد ضعيف، عبدالله ابن أبى الجعد مجهول، ولم يسمع من ثوبان
Hadith Number: 22387
حدثنا وكيع ، عن شريك ، عن علي بن زيد ، عن ابي قلابة ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا رايتم الرايات السود قد جاءت من خراسان فاتوها، فإن فيها خليفة الله المهدي" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you see black flags coming from the direction of Khurasan, then join them, for among them will be Allah's Caliph, Imam Mahdi (may Allah be pleased with him).

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، شريك سيىئ الحفظ، وعلي بن زيد ضعيف، وأبو قلابة لم يسمع من ثوبان
Hadith Number: 22388
حدثنا وكيع ، عن الاعمش ، عن سالم ، عن ثوبان ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " استقيموا لقريش ما استقاموا لكم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As long as the Quraysh remain upright with you, you also remain upright with them."

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف، سالم لم يسمع من ثوبان
Hadith Number: 22389
حدثنا يزيد ، اخبرنا عاصم ، عن عبد الله بن زيد ، عن ابي الاشعث الصنعاني ، عن ابي اسماء الرحبي ، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من عاد مريضا لم يزل في خرفة الجنة" , قيل: وما خرفة الجنة؟ قال:" جناها" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a Muslim visits his Muslim brother who is ill, he walks among the gardens of Paradise until he returns.

Hadith Number: 22390
حدثنا يزيد ، عن همام ، عن قتادة ، عن سالم بن ابي الجعد ، عن معدان بن ابي طلحة ، عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من فارق الروح الجسد وهو بريء من ثلاث: الكبر، والغلول، والدين، فهو في الجنة" , او" وجبت له الجنة".
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever's soul departs from his body in such a state that he is free from three things, he will enter Paradise: arrogance, debt, and dishonesty in war booty.

Hadith Number: 22391
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي ، عن معاوية يعني ابن صالح ، عن ابي الزاهرية ، عن جبير ، عن ثوبان ، قال: ذبح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اضحية، ثم قال:" يا ثوبان، اصلح لحم هذه الشاة" , قال: فما زلت اطعمه منها حتى قدم المدينة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) slaughtered a sacrificial animal and said, "Thawban! Take good care of this goat's meat." So I continued to serve its meat to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) until he arrived in Madinah Munawwarah.
