They said, "Not until she accepts this condition: that your inheritance will go to us." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Buy her and set her free, for the right of wala’ (inheritance of a freed slave) belongs only to the one who sets the slave free."

She said, "O Messenger of Allah! The woman breastfed me, not the man; the man did not breastfeed me?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "May your hands be dusted! He is your uncle, allow him to enter."

At that time, Khalid bin Sa’id bin As was present at the door of the house; he was not allowed to enter, so he said from outside,“Abu Bakr! Why do you not stop this woman from speaking in such an exaggerated manner before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?”However, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) only smiled and then said,“Perhaps you wish to return to Rifa’ah? But this cannot happen until you taste his honey and he tastes your honey.”
