It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I entered Paradise and there I heard the sound of the recitation of the Holy Qur'an. I asked, "Who is this?" I was told that this is Harithah bin Nu'man. Your righteous people are like this; righteous people are like this.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once I hung a curtain on the door of my house which had some pictures on it. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to my house and saw it, the color of his blessed face changed, and tearing the curtain with his hand, he said: "The people who will receive the severest punishment from Allah on the Day of Resurrection are those who try to imitate the creation of Allah."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every drink that intoxicates is forbidden.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wished to sleep in a state requiring ghusl, he would perform ablution as for prayer.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I used to twist the collars of the sacrificial animals of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with my own hands, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would not avoid those things from which a person in the state of Ihram avoids.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once my uncle sought permission to enter my house. Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) considered him a non-mahram and refused to grant permission. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came, she mentioned this to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Allow him, he is your uncle." She said, "O Messenger of Allah! A woman nursed me, but a man did not nurse me?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "May your hands be dusted, he is your uncle, allow him."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once, regarding the son of Zam‘a’s slave woman, ‘Abd bin Zam‘a (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Sa‘d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) brought their dispute to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). ‘Abd bin Zam‘a (may Allah be pleased with him) said,“O Messenger of Allah! This is my brother, the son of my father’s slave woman, and he was born on my father’s bed.”And Hazrat Sa‘d (may Allah be pleased with him) was saying,“My brother made a bequest to me that when you reach Makkah, take the son of Zam‘a’s slave woman into your custody, for he is my son.”The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked at the child and saw a clear resemblance to ‘Utbah. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,“O ‘Abd! This child is yours; for the adulterer, there are stones. And O Sawdah! Observe veil from him.”

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed in a cloak which had patterns on it. After finishing the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Its patterns distracted me, so take this cloak to Abu Juhm and bring me a plain cloak."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray at night, I would be lying between him and the Qiblah like a corpse.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ghusl of janabah from the same vessel of water, which was equal to one faraq.
