حَدِيثُ سَلْمَى بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ
Hadith of Salma bint Hamzah
Hadith Number: 27284
حدثنا عبد الصمد , حدثنا همام , حدثنا قتادة , عن سلمى بنت حمزة , ان مولاها مات وترك ابنة , " فورث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ابنته النصف , وورث يعلى النصف" , وكان ابن سلمى .
It is narrated from Hazrat Salma bint Hamza (may Allah be pleased with her) that one of her freed slaves passed away leaving behind a daughter. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made his daughter the heir of half of his estate and made Ya'la, who was the son of Salma (may Allah be pleased with her), the heir of the other half.

حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف لانقطاعه، قتادة لم يسمع من سلمي، وقد اختلف فى تعيين اسم ابنة حمزة
