جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا

(263) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ إِيجَافَ الْخَيْلِ وَالْإِبِلِ وَالْإِيضَاعَ فِي السَّيْرِ فِي الدَّفْعَةِ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ لَيْسَ الْبِرَّ،
Chapter: Explanation that rushing horses and camels when leaving ‘Arafah is not righteousness

والدليل على ان البر السكينة في السير بمثل اللفظة التي ذكرت انها لفظ عام مراده خاص.
But the wording of this hadith is also general like the wording of the previous hadith, and its intended meaning is specific.

Hadith Number: 2844
حدثنا محمد بن الحسن بن إبراهيم بن الحسين ، حدثنا معاوية بن هشام ، حدثنا سفيان ، عن الاعمش ، عن الحكم ، عن مقسم ، عن ابن عباس ، عن اسامة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اردفه حين افاض من عرفة، فافاض بالسكينة وقال:" ايها الناس، عليكم بالسكينة فإن البر ليس بإيجاف الخيل والإبل"، قال: فما رايت ناقته رافعة يدها حتى اتى جمعا، ثم اردف الفضل، فامر الناس بالسكينة، وافاض وعليه السكينة، وقال:" ليس البر بإيجاف الخيل والإبل"، فما رايت ناقته رافعة يدها حتى اتى منى
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the return from Arafat, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made us ride behind him on his she-camel. He proceeded with great calm and tranquility and said: "O people, proceed with calmness; surely, hastening the horses and camels is not righteousness." Sayyiduna Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) says that then I did not see his she-camel take a hurried step until he reached Muzdalifah. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) seated Sayyiduna Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) behind him and instructed the people to proceed with calm and tranquility. Then he himself also proceeded calmly. He said: "Hastening the horses and camels is not righteousness." Then I did not see his she-camel take a hurried step until he reached Mina.
