١٠٨٧٠ - حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قلت لعطاء متى يخرص النخل قال: حين يطعم.
حدثنا محمد بن بكر، عن ابن جريج، قال: قلت لعطاء: متى يخرص النخل؟ قال:" حين يطعم"
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that I asked Hazrat Ata when should the estimation of dates be made? He replied: When they become fit to eat and begin to be eaten.

١٠٨٧١ - حدثنا محمد بن بكر قال: قال ابن جريج: كذلك اخبرنا عبد الله بن فلان ان النبي ﷺ امر (بخرص) (١) خيبر (حين) (٢) طاب تمرهم (٣).

(٣) مرسل فيه جهالة.
حدثنا محمد بن بكر ، قال: قال ابن جريج : كذلك اخبرنا عبد الله بن فلان ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم امر" بخرص خيبر حين طاب تمرهم"
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Fulan that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed the estimator in Khaybar to estimate when their dates become ripe and good. Hazrat Ibn Shihab states that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that estimation be done for the people of Khaybar when their first dates ripen.

فقال: وقال ابن شهاب: امر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" ان تخرص خيبر حين طاب اول التمر"
10872 - He said: Ibn Shihab said: The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ordered that Khaybar be estimated when (it ripened) (1) (2) at the beginning of the dates (3).
