الرجل يواقع أهله وهو محرم
If someone has conjugal relations with his wife while in ihram

١٣٥٥٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم و (حماد) (١) (قالا) (٢): يقضيان نسكهما وعليهما (هدي) (٣) ويحجان (من) (٤) قابل، فإذا اتيا المكان الذي وقع بها (فيه) (٥) لم يجتمعا حتى يحلا.

حدثنا ابو بكر، قال: حدثنا غندر، عن شعبة، عن الحكم، وحماد، قالا: " يقضيان نسكهما وعليهما هدي , ويحجان من قابل , فإذا اتيا المكان الذي وقع بها لم يجتمعا حتى يحلا"
Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad state regarding such a person that he should complete his Hajj; two sacrifices are obligatory upon him and he must perform the missed Hajj the following year. Then, when they reach the place the next year where this incident occurred, they should separate from each other, and until they exit the state of Ihram, they should not meet each other.
