١٧٣٢٠ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: يؤجل العنين اجلا فإن وصل وإلا خيرت، فإن (اختارته) (١) فليس لها خيار بعد ذلك.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [جـ]: (اختارت).
حدثنا جرير، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال: " يؤجل العنين اجلا، فإن وصل وإلا خيرت، فإن اختارته فليس لها خيار بعد ذلك"
Ibrahim says that an impotent man will be given a respite of one year; if he becomes capable of intercourse, then fine, otherwise the woman will be given the choice. If she chooses to keep the marriage, then her choice will end.
