١٨٦٣١ - حدثنا ابو اسامة قال: حدثني شعبة قال: سالت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يلحق بارض العدو (اتتزوج) (١) امراته؟ قال احدهما: لا!.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [س، ط]: (أتزوج).
حدثنا ابو اسامة، قال: حدثني شعبة، قال: سالت الحكم، وحمادا، عن" الرجل يلحق بارض العدو، اتزوج امراته؟ قال: احدهما: لا ,
Hazrat Sha’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) whether, if a person goes to the land of the enemies, his wife should be married to someone else. One of them said yes, and the other said no.
