٢٠٢٧١ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم وعبد الله بن إدريس عن الشيباني عن ابن (معقل) (١) قال: رضاع الصبي من نصيبه] (٢).

(١) في [أ، س، ط، هـ]: (مغفل).
(٢) سقط الخبر من: [ب].
Hazrat Ibn Ma'qil (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the child's suckling will be from his share.

٢٠٢٧٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن قال: رضاعه من نصيبه.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the suckling of the child will be from his share.

٢٠٢٧٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن (علية) (١) عن ايوب عن محمد قال: اتي عبد الله بن عتبة في رضاع صبي فجعل رضاعه من ماله، وقال لوليه: لو ⦗٤٦٨⦘ لم يكن له مال لجعلنا رضاعه في مالك، الا تراه يقول: ﴿وعلى الوارث مثل ذلك﴾ [البقرة: ٢٣٣].

Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that a case regarding the nursing of a child was brought before Abdullah bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him). He made the nursing obligatory from the child's wealth and said to his guardian, "If he had no wealth, we would have arranged for his milk from your wealth. Have you not read this verse of the Holy Qur'an { وَعَلَی الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ }"

٢٠٢٧٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: كان يقول: إن وفى رضاعه نصيبه فهو من نصيبه، وإن لم يف فهو من جميع المال.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that if the child's share fulfills the requirement of suckling, then it will be taken from his share, and if not, then from the entire wealth.

٢٠٢٧٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن حجاج عن الحكم عن إبراهيم عن شريح في الرضيع ينفق عليه من نصيبه (قليلا كان او كثيرا) (١).

Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that expenses will be spent on a nursing child from his share, whether it is little or much.

٢٠٢٧٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا وكيع (قال: اخبرنا) (١) سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: كان اصحابنا يقولون: إن كان المال له انفق (عليه) (٢) من جميع المال.

(١) في [أ، ب]: (ثنا)، وفي [س، هـ]: (عن).
(٢) في [أ، ب، س، ز، ك]: (عليها)، وفي [هـ]: (عليهما).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that our companions used to say that expenses for the child will be taken from all of the wealth.

٢٠٢٧٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا وكيع قال: نا سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال: كان يقول: النفقة والرضاع من جميع المال.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that maintenance and breastfeeding expenses will be from the entire wealth.
