الرجل يرسل كلبه على صيد فيأخذ غيره
If a Man Releases His Dog for Hunting but It Hunts Another Animal, What Is the Ruling?

٢٠٧٧٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا عبد الاعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل ارسل كلبه على صيد (فياخذ) (١) غيره قال: لا باس به.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز، ط، ك]: (فيأخذه).
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man releases his dog for hunting and it hunts some other animal, then there is no harm in it.

٢٠٧٧١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا حفص عن حجاج عن عطاء قال: سالته عن الرجل يرمي الصيد فيصيب غيره قال: ياكل.
Hazrat Hajjaj (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) if a man shoots an arrow at a game animal and it hits another animal, what is the ruling? He replied that he may eat it.

٢٠٧٧٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل (سمى) (١) صيدا وسمى عليه، فاصاب غيره قال: لا باس.

(١) في [هـ]: (رمى)
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person recites Bismillah and shoots an arrow at an animal, but it hits another animal, then there is no harm in it.

٢٠٧٧٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم مثله.
It is also narrated similarly from Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him.

٢٠٧٧٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا شريك عن جابر عن عامر في (الرجل) (١) يرمي الصيد ولا (يتعمد) (٢) فيصيب احدهما قال: ياكل إذا ذكر اسم الله (٣).

(١) في [س، ط، هـ]: (رجل).
(٢) في [س، ط، هـ]: (يتعمل).
(٣) زيادة (عليه) في: [ز]، سقط من: [أ، ب، جـ، س، ط، ك].
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person shoots an arrow towards the game without aiming at any specific animal, and it hits one of them, then he can eat it, provided that he recited Bismillah at the time of releasing it.
