٢٢٤٢٦ - قال: وقال عامر: لا باس، إنما كره ما لم تطب به نفس صاحبه.
22426 - He said: And ‘Amir said: There is no harm; he only disliked what the owner did not willingly give.

٢٢٤٢٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا إسرائيل عن (ابي) (١) حصين (عن خالد بن سعد) (٢) عن ابي مسعود الانصاري انه كان إذا نثر على الصبيان منع صبيانه (واشترى) (٣) لهم (٤).

(٤) صحيح.
It was the practice of Hazrat Abu Mas’ud Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that when things were being distributed among children, he would prevent the children from taking them and would buy and give them to them.

٢٢٤٢٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن ابي عدي عن سفيان عن ابي ⦗٥٣٣⦘ حصين عن خالد بن (سعد) (١) ان ابا مسعود كره نهاب السكر على الصبيان (٢).

(٢) صحيح.
Hazrat Khalid bin Sa’d disliked scattering sweets and the like over children.

٢٢٤٢٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا شعبة عن الحكم قال: كنت (١) بين إبراهيم والشعبي فسئل عن نهاب السكر في العرس فكرهه إبراهيم.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [هـ] زيادة: (امشي).
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I was with Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him). Both of them were asked about distributing sweets, etc., at a wedding. Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked it, while Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) did not see any harm in it.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) did not consider there to be any harm in it, and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked it.

Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked the scattering of sweets and similar things.
