٢٢٤٥٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: من احب بيوعهم إلي: بيع الرقم.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In my view, the most preferred sale is the one in which the price is written and a tag is attached.

٢٢٤٥٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن واصل عن طاوس انه كره بيع الرقم وقال: إني اكره (ان ازين) (١) سلعتي بالكذب.

(١) في [ز]: (أين).
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked placing price tags on goods for sale. He used to say that I dislike adorning my goods with falsehood.

٢٢٤٥٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن ابن عون عن ابن سيرين انه كان يقول: برقم الرجل متاعه ما شاء، ثم يقول: إنما رقمته لاساومكم به، ثم يبيعه مناقصة: العشرة بتسعة.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a person writes whatever price he wants for his goods, then he says that I have written this price so that I may deal justly with you, then he sells that item at a reduced price, selling ten for nine.

٢٢٤٥٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان قال: حدثنا عبد الملك بن ابي القاسم قال: سالت نافعا وربيعة فقلت: (نشتري) (١) البز ثم نزيد عليه فوق ثمنه، ثم نرقمه عليه ثم نبيعه مرابحة ولا نبين الزيادة (فقالا) (٢): هذه المخالبة والمكاذبة.

(٢) في [أ، جـ، س، ز، هـ]: (فقال: لا).
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Abi Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Nafi’ and Hazrat Rabi’: We buy cloth, then add some amount to its price, then attach a price tag to it, and then sell it as a Murabaha sale, but we do not disclose the extra amount added to the price. What is the ruling on this? They replied: No, this is deception and falsehood.

٢٢٤٥٧ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن ابي زائدة عن إسرائيل عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: لا باس ان يرسم الثياب ثم يقول: ابيعكم على رسمي هذا مرابحة، ولا يبين الزيادة] (١) (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط الخبر من: [ز].
(٢) في [أ، جـ، س، هـ]: زيادة (فقال: لا، هذه المخالبة والمكاذبة).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that there is no harm in writing the price on the clothes and then selling them by saying: I sell them to you at this price with Murabaha sale.

٢٢٤٥٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن ابي زائدة (١) عن (ابن) (٢) ابي (غنية) (٣) عن الحكم انه قال ذلك، (وقال) (٤): إنما هو شبه المساومة.

Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that this sale is like a sale by bargaining.
