Those Who Say Debt Must Be Paid Immediately When Able

٢٢٩٢٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن الحارث العكلي واصحابه.
Hazrat Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) state that after attaining means, it is obligatory to repay the debt immediately, even if it was taken for a (distant) term.

22929 - From Ubaidah, from Ibrahim, they said: The loan is due immediately, even if it is for a fixed term.
