٢٤٥٨١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبيد الله) (١) بن موسى قال: (اخبرنا) (٢) سفيان عن جابر (عن الشعبي) (٣) في رجلين اشتركا، فاخرج كل واحد ⦗٥٤٤⦘ (منهما) (٤) عشرة آلاف ولم (يخلطاها) (٥) فعمل احدهما بما عنده (فتوى) (٦)، فلم (يره) (٧) شريكا (وقال) (٨): النقصان وما (توى) (٩) عليه، وليس على الآخر منه شيء.

(٦) أي: ضاع، وفي [ط]: (فقرأ).
(٧) في [ح]: (تره).
(٨) في [أ، ح، ط، هـ]: (فقال).
(٩) في [ط]: (قرأ).
It is narrated from Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding those persons who are partners, each of whom took out ten thousand dirhams, but did not mix them together. Then one of them conducted business with the wealth in his possession, but all the wealth was lost. He does not consider the other as a partner. He (Sha'bi) replied that the loss and destruction will be upon him alone. The other has no share in it.
