٢٤٦٩٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن اشعث عن الشعبي عن شريح قال: يجوز إقرار العبد فيما (استخبره) (١) فيه اهله.

Hazrat Shurayh used to consider the confession of a slave valid in those matters which were sought to fulfill the needs of his family and dependents.

Ibrahim used to accept the acknowledgment of a slave regarding that wealth in which he was permitted to spend on his family and dependents.
