٢٤٦٩٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن عمرو بن دينار عن سليمان بن يسار انه سئل عن رجل له (على رجل) (١) كر من بر، فقال: هذا كر قد (كلته) (٢)، اياخذه بكيله؟ قال: إن شاء اخذه بكيله.

(١) سقط من: [ط].
(٢) في [ط، ح]: (اكلته).
Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked that a person owes another person one kur of wheat as a loan, then he said, "This is the kur; indeed, I have measured it for him." Can he take it with its measurement? He replied, "If he wishes, he may receive it with its measurement."
