٢٤٨١٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: في المضارب يمر على العاشر فيهدي له (ويصنع) (١) له قارورة (من) (٢) الدهن، قال: يحسبه من الربح، فإن لم يكن (ربح) (٣) فمن راس المال، قال: يصانع بالبال عن المال.

Ibrahim, regarding the mudarib who passes by the tax collector and presents him with a gift, such as giving a bottle of oil as a present, says that this expense will be counted from the profit, and if there is no profit, then it will be deducted from the principal amount.
