٢٤٨٨١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن اشعث عن الحسن قال: إذا اشترى دارا بعرض او بدراهم وعرض انه ليس فيها شفعة.
Hasan says that if a house is bought in exchange for goods, or in exchange for dirhams and goods, then there is no right of pre-emption in it.
