٢٤٨٩٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن ايوب عن محمد قال: كان شريح لا يبرئ البائع (إلا) (١) من (٢) داء اعلمه إياه.

Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, says that Hazrat Shurayh would not consider the seller free of liability except in the case where the sold item had a defect which he disclosed.
