٢٤٩١٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن هشام عن محمد في الرجل يقول: قد اخذت، (قد) (١) رضيت، قال: هو بالخيار ما كان على شرطه.

Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, said regarding the person who says, "I have received and I am satisfied," that he has the option (of rescinding) according to the condition he had stipulated.
