٢٨٣٤٥ - حدثنا ابو معاوية ويزيد عن مسعر (عن) (١) عبيد بن الحسن عن ابن (معقل) (٢) قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"نفقة الرجل على اهله صدقة" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ط، هـ]: (و).
(٢) في [أ، ب، ح، ط، هـ]: (مغفل).
(٣) مرسل؛ ابن معقل تابعي، أخرجه الخرائطي في المنتقى (٣٤)، والمروزي في البر والصلة (٣١٣)، وابن أبي الدينا في العيال (٥٠٤)، ويحتمل أنه (ابن مغفل) بالغين المعجمة فيكون منقطعًا.
Hazrat Ibn Ma'qil narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A man's spending on his family is charity.

٢٨٣٤٦ - حدثنا ابو معاوية عن عاصم عن الشعبي قال: إن من النفقة التي تضاعف بسبعمائة ضعف نفقة الرجل على نفسه واهل بيته.
Hazrat Asim narrates that Imam Shabi said: Indeed, the spending for which there is a reward seven hundred times over is a man spending on himself and on his family members.

٢٨٣٤٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: اخبرنا شعبة عن عدي بن ثابت عن عبد الله ابن يزيد عن ابي مسعود عن النبي ﷺ قال:"نفقة الرجل على اهله صدقة" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٥٥)، ومسلم (١٠٠٢).
Hazrat Abu Masood narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A man's spending on his family is charity.

٢٨٣٤٨ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: اخبرنا جرير بن حازم قال: حدثنا بشار ابن ابي سيف عن الوليد بن عبد الرحمن عن عياض بن (١) غطيف قال: دخلنا على ⦗٥١٩⦘ ابي عبيدة بن الجراح فقال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول:"من انفق على اهله او ماز اذى عن طريق (حسنة) (٢) بعشر امثالها" (٣).

(٢) في [هـ]: (فحسنة).
(٣) مجهول؛ لجهالة بشار وعياض، أخرجه أحمد (١٧٠١)، والنسائي (١٤/ ٦٧)، وابن خزيمة (١٨٩٢)، والحاكم (٣/ ٢٦٥)، والطيالسي (٢٢٧)، والبيهقي (٩/ ١٧١)، والدارمي (٢٧٦٣)، والبخاري في التاريخ (٧/ ٢١)، وابن أبي عاصم في الجهاد (٧٣)، وأبو يعلى (٨٧٨)، والدولابي في الأسماء والكنى (١/ ١٢)، والشاشي (٢٦٥).
Hazrat Iyad bin Ghatif narrates that we came to Hazrat Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah, and he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever spends on his family or removes something harmful from the path, then this good deed is equal to ten good deeds.

٢٨٣٤٩ - حدثنا ابن نمير قال: حدثنا هشام بن عروة عن ابيه عن ابي (مراوح) (١) عن ابي ذر قال: قلت يا رسول الله اي الاعمال افضل؟ قال:"إيمان بالله وجهاد في سبيله" قال: قلت اي الرقاب افضل؟ قال:"انفسها عند اهلها واغلاها ثمنا"، قلت: فإن لم اطق ذلك؟ قال:"تعين ضائعا او تصنع لاخرق"، قال (٢): فإن لم استطع (ذلك) (٣)؛ قال:"فدع الناس من الشر، فإنها صدقة تصدق بها على نفسك" (٤).

(١) في [أ، ب، ز، ط]: (مرواح).
(٢) في [أ، هـ]: زيادة (قلت).
(٣) سقط من: [هـ].
(٤) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢٥١٨)، ومسلم (٨٤).
Hazrat Abu Dharr Ghifari narrates that I asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Which deed is the best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: To have faith in Allah, and to strive in His path. I asked: Which slave is the best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The one who treats his family well and whose price is higher. I asked: What if I am not able to do that? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then help someone who is working, or treat an unwise person kindly. I said: What if I am not able to do even that? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then keep people safe from your evil, for this is a charity that you do for yourself.

٢٨٣٥٠ - حدثنا ابو اسامة عن شعبة عن سعيد بن ابي بردة عن ابيه عن جده عن النبي ﷺ قال:"على كل مسلم صدقة"، قال: قيل: ارايت إن لم يجد؟ قال:" (يعتمل) (١) (بيديه) (٢) فينفع نفسه ويتصدق"، قال: ارايت إن لم يستطع؟ قال:"يعين ذا الحاجة (الملهوف) (٣)"، قال: ارايت إن لم يستطع؟ قال:"يامر ⦗٥٢٠⦘ بالمعروف (او الخير) (٤)"، قال: ارايت إن لم يفعل؟ قال:"يمسك عن الشر فإنها صدقة" (٥).

(٢) في [أ، ب، ط]: (ببدنه)، وفي [جـ، هـ]: (بيده).
(٣) في [جـ]: (والملهون).

(٥) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (١٤٤٥)، ومسلم (١٠٠٨).
Hazrat Abu Burdah's father narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Charity is obligatory upon every Muslim. The narrator says: It was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you say if someone finds nothing to give in charity?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "He should work with his own hands, benefit himself, and also give in charity." Someone asked: "If he is unable to do that?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He should help someone who is oppressed and needy." Someone asked: "If he is unable to do that as well?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He should enjoin good." Someone asked: "If he is unable to do that as well?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He should refrain from evil, for verily that too is charity."
