Explanation of Causing the Loss of a Child in the Womb of a Free Woman

٢٩٠٥١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يونس بن محمد قال: حدثنا عبد الواحد بن زياد عن (مجالد) (١) عن الشعبي عن جابر بن عبد الله عن النبي ﷺ (٢) انه قال:"في الغرة عبد او امة" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ك]: (مجاهد).
(٢) سقط من: [ك].
(٣) ضعيف؛ مجالد ضعيف، أخرجه أبو يعلى (١٨٢٣)، وابن أبي عاصم في الديات (٥٢)، والبيهقي ٨/ ١٠٧، وأصله عند أبي داود (٤٥٧٥)، وابن ماجه (٢٦٤٨).
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In ghurrah, a male or female slave is given.

٢٩٠٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: في اصل كل حبل غرة.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: At the very foundation of every pregnancy, there is a "ghurra," that is, a male or female slave. And Hazrat Hakam said: In the beginning of the pregnancy, there will be reconciliation until the creation of the child becomes apparent. Hazrat Waki' said: The statement of Hazrat Hakam is more preferable than the statement of Imam Sha'bi.

٢٩٠٥٣ - قال: وقال الحكم: فيه صلح حتى يستبين خلقه.
29053 - He said: And Al-Hakam said: There is reconciliation in it until its creation becomes clear.
