٢٩٠٥٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم.
Ibrahim, Hazrat Ibn Sirin, and Hazrat Ata—all these respected scholars—regarding the person who harms the child in a woman's womb, stated as follows: Indeed, it is obligatory upon that person to both pay the blood money (ghurra) and to free a slave.

29057 - And Hajjaj from Ata (they said) (1): Regarding one who kills a fetus: he must free a slave along with the payment of the blood money for the fetus.

٢٩٠٥٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم، قال: سمعته يقول: إذا ضربت امراة فالقت (جنينا) (١) فإن صاحبه يعتق.

Hazrat Sha’bah states that I heard Hazrat Hakam saying that when someone strikes a woman causing her to miscarry her child, the one who struck must free a slave.

٢٩٠٥٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة ووكيع قالا: (حدثنا) (١) عمر بن ذر عن مجاهد ان امراة مسحت بطن امراة فاسقطت فامرها عمر بن الخطاب ان تعتق (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

(٢) منقطع؛ مجاهد لم يدرك عمر.
Hazrat Umar bin Zar states that Hazrat Mujahid said: When a woman struck another woman on the abdomen causing her to miscarry, Hazrat Umar ordered that the woman (who struck) should free a slave.
