٢٩٣٦٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن ليث عن ابي عمرو العبدي عن علي قال: تقسم الدية لمن احرز الميراث (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مجهول؛ أبو عمرو العبدي مجهول.
Hazrat Abu Amr Abdi narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The blood money will be distributed among those who are entitled to inheritance.

٢٩٣٦١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الاعمش عن إبراهيم قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"الدية للميراث والعقل على العصبة" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) مرسل؛ إبراهيم ليس صحابيًا، أخرجه عبد الرزاق (١٧٧٦٨)، وسعيد بن منصور (٢٩٩)، والحربي في غريب الحديث (١/ ٣٠٢).
Ibrahim narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The heirs will be entitled to the blood money, and the blood money will be obligatory upon the family members.

٢٩٣٦٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا الثقفي عن ايوب عن ابي قلابة انه كان يتحدث ان الدية سبيلها سبيل الميراث.
Ayyub narrates that Hazrat Abu Qilabah used to say that the method of distributing blood money is the same as the method of distributing inheritance.

٢٩٣٦٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر عن اشعث عن الشعبي.
Hazrat Sha'bi and Ibrahim said: The blood money will go to the heirs.

29364 - And (Jahm) (1) from Ibrahim (they said) (2): The blood money is for inheritance.

٢٩٣٦٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن هشام عن الحسن قال: على كتاب الله كسائر ماله.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: This too will be presented before the Book of Allah, just like all of his wealth.

٢٩٣٦٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن بن جريج عن ابن طاوس ان اباه كان يقول ويقضي بان الوراث (اجمعين) (١) يرثون من العقل مثل الميراث.

Hazrat Ibn Tawoos narrates that his father, Hazrat Tawoos, used to say and decide in this manner that all the heirs will become heirs to the blood money just as they are heirs to the inheritance wealth.

٢٩٣٦٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قلت لعطاء: العقل كهيئة الميراث؟ قال: نعم، قلت: ويرث الإخوة من الام (فيه؟) (١) قال: نعم.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that I asked Hazrat Ata: Will the blood money be distributed according to the method of inheritance? He replied: Yes! I asked: Will the maternal brother also inherit from it? He replied: Yes.
