Hazrat Abu Aun narrates that a child jumped onto another; the one below moved away from there and the one above broke his tooth. So Hazrat Shurayh did not hold either the one above or the one below liable.

Hazrat Imran bin Hadeer narrates that Hazrat Abu Majliz said: If a person falls upon another and then one of them dies, the survivor will be liable. The narrator says, I asked: Why? He replied: Because the blood of a Muslim shall not be declared wasted.

Hazrat Mansur narrates that two children were playing when one knocked the other down, causing one to get a head injury and the other to break a tooth. Ibrahim made the one who fell on top liable for the one below, and the one below liable for the one on top.

Hazrat Abu Husain narrates that a man fell from the top of a house onto another person, and the one who fell from above died. Upon this, Hazrat Shurayh said, "Should I hold the ground responsible?"

Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: If the one below dies, the one who fell from above will be held liable.

Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Two children were playing, and one of them jumped onto the back of his companion. The one on top had his teeth broken, and the one below received a head injury. So, he made some of them liable for others.

Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that Hazrat Hakam, regarding a person who fell from the roof of a house onto someone else and one of them died, said: The one who is alive among them will be held responsible.

Hazrat Mughira narrates that a man jumped on someone, as a result the jumper's front teeth were broken and the one who was jumped upon received a head injury. So Ibrahim invalidated the claim for the jumper's teeth and made the one who was jumped upon liable for his wound.
