Regarding Slandering the Woman Who Underwent Lian or Her Son

٣٠٣٦٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن بيان عن الشعبي قال: من قذف ابن [الملاعنة او قذف امه ضرب.
Hazrat Bayan narrates that Hazrat Sha’bi said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li’an, or accuses his mother, that person will be flogged.

Ibrahim, Hazrat Mujahid, and Hazrat Amir stated: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an will be flogged.

30367 - From Jabir and Ibn Salim, from 'Amir (they said): Whoever slanders the son of the woman who underwent li'an is to be flogged.

٣٠٣٦٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن ليث عن مجاهد وطاوس في الرجل يقول لابن الملاعنة: يا ابن الزانية، قالا: يجلد ثمانين.
Hazrat Laith states that it is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Tawus regarding the person who says to the son of a woman who has undergone li'an: "O son of an adulterous woman!" You (the Prophet) said: He will be given the same punishment of eighty lashes.

٣٠٣٦٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو بكر بن عياش عن موسى بن عبيدة عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: من قذف ابن الملاعنة جلد (١).

Hazrat Nafi' narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an, that person will be flogged.

Hazrat Imran narrates that Hazrat Ikrimah said: Whoever says to the son of a woman who has been subjected to li'an, "O son of a filthy woman," the punishment of qazf (false accusation of adultery) will be imposed upon him.

Hazrat Mutarrif narrates that Hazrat Aamir said: When it was said to the son of the woman involved in li'an, "You are not the son of so-and-so man who performed li'an with your mother," he said: The person who said this will be flogged, he will be flogged.

٣٠٣٧٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن عباد بن منصور عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: من رمى ابن الملاعنة او امه جلد (١).

Hazrat Ikrimah states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: Whoever accuses the son of a woman who has undergone li'an or his mother, will be flogged.

Hazrat Fazl bin Dalham narrates that Hasan Basri said: The one who accuses the son of Mula'anah will be flogged.
