٣٠٤١١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن سعيد عن بديل عن جابر ابن زيد انه قال: إذا اتى الرجل البهيمة اقيم عليه الحد.
Hazrat Budail narrates that Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid said: When a man has intercourse with an animal, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be enforced upon him.

٣٠٤١٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: (حدثنا) (١) سفيان بن حسين عن (ابي علي الرحبي) (٢) عن عكرمة قال: سئل الحسن بن علي عن رجل اتى بهيمة قال: إن كان محصنا رجم (٣).

Hazrat Ikrimah narrates that Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about a man who had intercourse with an animal. He replied: If he is married, he should be stoned to death.

٣٠٤١٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن ابن ابي فروة عن (بكير) (١) ابن عبد الله بن الاشج عن سليمان بن يسار انه كان يقيم عليه الحد.

Hazrat Bukair bin Abdullah bin Ashajj says that Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar used to enforce the hadd punishment on that person.

٣٠٤١٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن هشام عن الحسن فيمن ياتي البهيمة والغلام، قال: عليه الحد.
Hazrat Hisham states that it is narrated from Hasan Basri regarding the person who has intercourse with an animal or a slave, he said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him.

٣٠٤١٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن ابن ابي ذئب عن الزهري قال: إذا وقع (الرجل) (١) (بالبهيمة) (٢) جلد الحد تاما، ومن رمى (امراة) (٣) بالبهيمة فعليه الحد.

Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b states that Hazrat Zuhri said: When a man has intercourse with an animal, the full hadd (legal punishment) will be imposed on him, and whoever accuses a woman of committing indecency with an animal, the hadd will be imposed on him.

٣٠٤١٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن ليث عن يزيد عن مسروق في الذي ياتي البهيمة قال: إذا فعل بها، قال: (ذبحت) (١).

Hazrat Yazid narrates that Hazrat Masruq reported regarding the person who has intercourse with an animal, he said: When he does so, the animal should be slaughtered.

٣٠٤١٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن ابي عدي عن داود قال: قال ⦗٤٢٩⦘ مسروق: يرجم وترجم (الحجارة) (١) التي رجم بها، ويعفى اثره -يعني في الذي ياتي البهيمة-.

Dawud narrates that Hazrat Masruq said: The one who has intercourse with an animal will be stoned to death, and the stone with which he is stoned will also be stoned.

٣٠٤١٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن ليث عن الحكم قال: من اتى البهيمة اقيم عليه الحد.
Hazrat Laith states that Hazrat Hakam said: Whoever has intercourse with an animal, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be enforced upon him.

٣٠٤١٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن العلاء بن المسيب عن ابيه قال: من اتى بهيمة لم تقم (له) (١) قيامة.

Hazrat Alaa bin Musayyib narrates that his father, Hazrat Musayyib, said: Whoever has intercourse with an animal, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.

٣٠٤٢٠ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن (معمر) (١) عن الزهري في الذي ياتي البهيمة قال: عليه ادنى الحدين احصن ام لم يحصن.

Hazrat Muammar narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Zuhri regarding the person who has intercourse with an animal: He said, the prescribed minimum punishment will not be carried out on him, whether he is married or not married.
