٣٠٤٠٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو بكر بن عياش وابو الاحوص عن عاصم عن ابي رزين عن ابن عباس قال: من اتى بهيمة فلا حد عليه (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح.
Hazrat Abu Razin narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Whoever has intercourse with an animal, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.

٣٠٤٠٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن الحكم فيمن (اتى) (١) بهيمة قال: يجلد ولا يبلغ به الحد.

Hazrat Mansoor narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hakam regarding the person who has intercourse with an animal: He said, "He will be flogged, but the lashes will not reach the limit of the prescribed punishment."

٣٠٤٠٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حجاج عن عطاء في الذي ياتي البهيمة قال: يعزر.
Hazrat Hajjaj narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Ata regarding the person who commits intercourse with an animal, he said: He should be punished as a disciplinary measure (ta'zeeran).

٣٠٤٠٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: ليس على من اتى بهيمة حد، ولا على من رمى بها.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir said: There will be no hadd (legal punishment) upon the person who has intercourse with an animal, nor upon the person who has merely been accused of this act.

٣٠٤٠٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن ابي حنيفة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: قال عمر: ليس على من اتى بهيمة حد (١).

(١) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عمر.
Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Umar said: There will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) upon the person who has intercourse with an animal.

Hazrat Ubaidah says that Ibrahim stated: There is no hadd punishment for the one who has intercourse with an animal.
