في أربعة شهدوا على امرأة بالزنا (أحدهم) زوجها
Regarding the Four Men Who Testified Against a Woman for Zina While One Was Her Husband

٣٠٦٠٥ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن جابر بن زيد عن ابن عباس في اربعة شهدوا على امراة بالزنا، احدهم زوجها قال: تلاعن (زوجها) (١) ويضرب الثلاثة (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ك]: (الزوج).
(٢) ضعيف؛ سعيد اختلط.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding those four men who bore witness of adultery against a woman, while one of them was her husband. He said: The husband will perform li'an, and the other three will be flogged.

٣٠٦٠٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مسهر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد ابن المسيب مثله.
The aforementioned instruction is also narrated from Hazrat Sa‘d bin Musayyib with this chain of transmission.

٣٠٦٠٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا (علي) (١) بن مسهر وعبدة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: إذا جاؤوا جميعا معا فالزوج (اجوزهم) (٢) شهادة.

Hazrat Qatadah says that Hasan Basri stated: When all of them are gathered together, the husband will be more entitled to give testimony among them.

٣٠٦٠٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو معاوية عن الشيباني عن الشعبي قال: يقام عليه الحد.
Hazrat Shaibani says that Hazrat Sha'bi said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on that woman.

٣٠٦٠٩ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابو معاوية عن الشيباني عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: يلاعن الزوج، ويضرب الثلاثة.
Hazrat Hammad says that Ibrahim stated: The husband will perform li'an and all three of them will be flogged.
