٣٠٦٦٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن ابي معشر عن إبراهيم في العبد تكون تحته الحرة، والحر (يكون) (١) تحته الامة، فيزني احدهما، قال: ليس على واحد منهما رجم حتى (يكونا) (٢) حرين مسلمين.

(٢) في [أ، ط، ك]: (يكونان).
Hazrat Abu Ma'shar says that regarding Ibrahim, about the slave under whom there is a free woman or the free man under whom there is a slave woman, if any of them commits adultery, it is narrated about them that he said: The punishment of stoning will not be carried out on any of them until both of them are free Muslims.

٣٠٦٦٤ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: إحصان الامة ان تنكح الحر، وإحصان العبد ان ينكح الحرة.
Hazrat Laith states that Hazrat Mujahid said: The meaning of a slave woman being married is that she marries a free man.
