٣٠٩٧٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن منصور قال: حدثنا محمد ابن راشد عن مكحول في رجل دخل حماما، فاخذ جبة فلبسها بين قميصين قال: يقطع.
Hazrat Muhammad bin Rashid narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Mak'hool about a man who entered the bathhouse and took a cloak and wore it between two shirts. He (Mak'hool) said: His hand will be cut off.

٣٠٩٧٧ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن حباب قال: اخبرني معاوية بن صالح قال: حدثني ابو الزاهرية عن جبير بن نفير عن ابي الدرداء انه سئل عن سارق الحمام فقال: لا قطع عليه (١).

Hazrat Jubair bin Nafeer narrates that Hazrat Abu Darda was asked about the thief of a bathhouse. He replied: The punishment of cutting the hand will not be enforced upon him.
