٣٣٢٢٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن ابن ابي ليلى عن الشعبي (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ ابن أبي ليلى سيئ الحفظ.
It is narrated from Ibrahim that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to decide regarding slaves and the People of the Book that they neither prevent anyone from inheritance nor do they become heirs of any Muslim.

٣٣٢٢٦ - وعن الاعمش عن إبراهيم ان عليا كان يقول في المملوكين واهل الكتاب: لا يحجبون ولا يرثون (١).

(١) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لم يدرك عليًا.
33226 - And from Al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, that Ali used to say regarding the slaves and the People of the Book: They do not prevent inheritance nor do they inherit (1).

٣٣٢٢٧ - [حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن إبراهيم عن زيد بن ثابت قال: لا يحجبون ولا يرثون] (١) (٢).

(١) سقط الخبر من: [أ، جـ، ح، ط، هـ].
(٢) منقطع؛ إبراهيم لا يروي عن زيد.
Ibrahim narrates this same thing from Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him).

٣٣٢٢٨ - حدثنا وكيع عن حماد بن زيد عن ابن سيرين قال: قال عمر: لا يحجب من لا يرث (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ ابن سيرين لا يروي عن عمر.
Muhammad bin Sirin narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "A person who cannot himself become an heir cannot prevent anyone else from inheritance."

٣٣٢٢٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن سلمة بن كهيل عن ابي صادق عن علي قال: المملوكون لا يرثون ولا يحجبون (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع؛ أبو صادق لم يسمع من علي.
It is narrated from Abu Sadiq that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Slaves are neither heirs of anyone nor do they prevent anyone from inheritance.

٣٣٢٣٠ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن سلمة بن كهيل عن ابي صادق ان رجلا ⦗٢٧٥⦘ سال عليا عن امراة ماتت (وتركت) (١) (اختيها) (٢) وامها مملوكة، فقال علي: هل يحيط السدس برقبتها؟ فقال: لا، فقال: دعنا منها سائر اليوم (٣).

(٣) منقطع؛ أبو صادق لم يسمع من علي.
It is narrated from Abu Sadiq that a man asked Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) about a woman whose sister had died while her mother was a slave. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Is the one-sixth share of her wealth sufficient to free her mother? He replied: No. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Give me until today to reflect on this matter.

٣٣٢٣١ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد عن ابي عمرو الشيباني عن شريح انه اعطى ميراث رجل -اخوه مملوك- (ابني) (١) اخيه الاحرار.

Hazrat Abu Amr Shaibani narrates that Hazrat Shurayh gave the inheritance of a man (whose brother was a slave) to his free nephews as well.

٣٣٢٣٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر قال: يرثه بنو اخيه الاحرار.
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Amir said that the heirs of such a man will be his freed nephews.

٣٣٢٣٣ - حدثنا ابو اسامة عن هشام عن ابيه في رجل مات وترك امه مملوكة وجدته حرة، قال: المال للجدة.
Hisham narrates from his father about the man who, at the time of his death, left his mother in the state of slavery and his grandmother in the state of freedom, that the man's wealth would go to the grandmother.

٣٣٢٣٤ - حدثنا حسين بن علي (عن زائدة عن معمر) (١) عن إبراهيم عن علي وزيد في المملوكين والمشركين (قالا) (٢): لا يحجبون ولا يرثون (٣).

Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding slaves and polytheists that neither do they prevent anyone from inheritance, nor do they themselves inherit from anyone.
