Regarding the Killer: He Does Not Inherit Anything

٣٣٥٤٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن رجل عن القاسم قال: لا يرث القاتل.
Sufyan narrates from a man the statement of Hazrat Qasim, that the killer will not be an heir.
