٣٥٦٤٥ - حدثنا وكيع بن الجراح قال: ثنا شعبة عن ابي (الفيض) (١) عن سليم ابن عامر قال: كان بين معاوية وبين (قوم) (٢) من الروم عهد، فخرج معاوية يسير في ارضهم كي (ينقضوا) (٣) فيغير عليهم، فإذا رجل ينادي في ناحية العسكر: وفاء لا ⦗٤٥٧⦘ غدر، وفاء لا غدر، فإذا هو (عمرو) (٤) بن (عبسة) (٥)، قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول:"من كان بينه وبين (قوم) (٦) عهد فلا (يشد) (٧) (عقدة) (٨) ولا يحلها حتى يمضي امدها، او ينبذ إليهم على سواء" (٩).

(٩) رجاله ثقات، وذكر أبو حاتم أن سليم بن عامر لم يدرك عمرو بن عبسة، أخرجه أحمد (١٩٤٣٦)، وأبو داود (٢٧٥٩)، والترمذي (١٥٨٠)، والنسائي في الكبرى (٨٧٣٢)، وابن حبان (٤٨٧١)، والطيالسي (١١٥٥)، وأبو عبيد في الأموال (٤٤٨)، وابن زنجويه (٦٦٠)، وابن قانع ٢/ ١٩٦، والبيهقي ٩/ ٢٣١.
It is narrated from Hazrat Saleem that there was a peace treaty between Hazrat Muawiyah and the Romans. Hazrat Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) advanced towards their territory so that when the term of the treaty ended, he could launch a sudden attack on them. Suddenly, from one side of the army, a person came saying, "Fulfill the covenant, do not betray! Fulfill the agreement, do not deceive!" That person was Hazrat Amr bin Abasah. He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say: Whoever has a treaty with a people should neither tie nor untie its knot until its appointed term has passed, or he should throw back the treaty to them on equal terms."

٣٥٦٤٦ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر وابو اسامة قالا: ثنا عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"إذا جمع الله الاولين والآخرين يوم القيامة، رفع لكل غادر لواء، فقيل: هذه غدرة فلان بن فلان" (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦١٧٨)، ومسلم (١٧٣٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When Allah Almighty will gather the first and the last on the Day of Resurrection, a flag will be raised for every deceiver, and it will be announced: This is the deception of so-and-so, son of so-and-so.

٣٥٦٤٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن عبد الله بن دينار عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة يعرف به" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣١٨٨)، ومسلم (١٧٣٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection by which he will be recognized.

٣٥٦٤٨ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: ثنا يزيد بن عبد العزيز عن الاعمش عن شقيق عن عبد الله قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة يعرف به ⦗٤٥٨⦘ يقال: هذه غدرة فلان (بن فلان) (١)" (٢).

(١) سقط من: [أ، ب، جـ].
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣١٨٦)، ومسلم (١٧٣٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection by which he will be recognized, and it will be said, "This is the deception of so-and-so, son of so-and-so."

٣٥٦٤٩ - حدثنا عفان قال: (ثنا) (١) شعبة عن الاعمش عن شقيق عن عبد الله عن النبي ﷺ بمثله (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [جـ]: (نا).
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣١٨٦)، ومسلم (١٧٣٦).
It is narrated in a similar manner from Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him).

٣٥٦٥٠ - حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن علي بن زيد عن ابي نضرة عن ابي سعيد عن النبي ﷺ انه قال:"لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة، وغدرته عند إسته" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) ضعيف؛ لضعف علي بن زيد بن جدعان، أخرجه أحمد ٣/ ١٩ (١١١٥٩)، وابن ماجه (٢٨٧٣)، والترمذي (٢١٩١)، والحاكم ٤/ ٥٥١، والحميدي (٧٥٢)، وعبد الرزاق (٢٠٧٢٠)، والطيالسي (٢١٥٦)، وعبد بن حميد (٨٦٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver (one who breaks a covenant) will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection, and his deceit will be beneath his buttocks.

٣٥٦٥١ - حدثنا عفان قال: ثنا شعبة عن خليد بن جعفر عن ابي نضرة عن ابي سعيد عن النبي ﷺ قال:"لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ خليد ثقة، أخرجه مسلم (١٧٣٨).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection.

٣٥٦٥٢ - [حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابي إسحاق عن هبيرة عن علي قال: لكل غادر لواء يوم القيامة] (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) حسن؛ هبيرة صدوق.
It is also narrated in a similar manner from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).

٣٥٦٥٣ - حدثنا وكيع ثنا مسعر قال: سمعت قتادة يقول في قوله: ﴿كل ختار كفور﴾ [لقمان: ٣٢]، قال: الذي يغدر بعهده.
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the verse of the Holy Qur'an {إِلاَّ کُلَّ خَتَّارٍ کَفُورٍ } says that it refers to the one who breaks the covenant.

٣٥٦٥٤ - (حدثنا عفان قال) (١): حدثنا شعبة عن ثابت عن انس عن النبي ﷺ قال:"لكل غادر لواء يعرف به يوم القيامة" (٢).

(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٣١٨٧)، ومسلم (١٧٣٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection by which he will be recognized.
