٣٩١٧٢ - حدثنا عبد الاعلى عن داود عن الشعبي قال: كان آل سعد وآل عبد الله يسلمون في ركعتي الوتر، ويوترون بركعة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Sha'bi that the family of Sa'd and the family of Abdullah used to say salam after two rak'ahs of Witr, and would make it Witr by performing one rak'ah.

٣٩١٧٣ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن عجلان عن سعيد ونافع (قالا) (١): راينا معاذا القارئ (يسلم) (٢) في ركعتي الوتر.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [س]: (قالا).
(٢) في [س]: (سلم).
Hazrat Saeed and Nafi narrate that we saw Hazrat Mu'adh Qari that he used to say salam between the two rak'ahs of Witr.

٣٩١٧٤ - حدثنا ابو اسامة عن ابن عون قال: كان الحسن يسلم في ركعتي الوتر.
Hazrat Ibn Aun states that Hasan used to say salam after the two rak‘ahs of witr. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa’s opinion has been mentioned that: it is not permissible to perform one rak‘ah of witr.
