٣٩٢٤٩ - حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن ايوب عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:" (من) (١) بدل دينه فاقتلوه" (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ].
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦٩٢٢)، وأحمد (٢٥٥١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever changes his religion, kill him.

٣٩٢٥٠ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث وابو معاوية ووكيع عن الاعمش عن عبد الله ابن مرة عن مسروق عن عبد الله قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"لا يحل دم امرئ مسلم يشهد ان لا إله إلا الله واني رسول الله إلا لإحدى: ثلاث الثيب الزاني، والنفس بالنفس، والتارك لدينه المفارق للجماعة" (١).

(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦٨٧٨)، ومسلم (١٦٧٦).
Hazrat Abdullah narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The blood of a Muslim man who bears witness that there is no god but Allah and that I (Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him) am the Messenger of Allah, is not lawful except in one of three cases: a married adulterer, a life for a life, and one who leaves his religion and separates from the community.

٣٩٢٥١ - حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن قال في المرتدة: تستتاب، فإن تابت وإلا قتلت.
It is narrated from Hasan regarding a woman who apostatizes that she will be asked to repent; if she repents, then fine. Otherwise, she will be killed.

Ibrahim says that a woman who becomes an apostate will be killed.

٣٩٢٥٣ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن حماد قال: تقتل.
Hazrat Hammad states that a woman who becomes an apostate will be killed. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa’s opinion, as mentioned by people, is that: if a woman becomes an apostate, she will not be killed.
