٣٩٢٦١ - حدثنا سفيان ابن عيينة عن الزهري سمع مالك بن اوس بن الحدثان يقول: سمعت عمر يقول: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"البر بالبر ربا إلا هاء وهاء، والشعير بالشعير ربا إلا هاء وهاء" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٢١٣٤)، ومسلم (١٥٨٦).
Hazrat Umar narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Wheat for wheat is usury, except if it is hand to hand (i.e., on the spot). And barley for barley is usury, except if it is hand to hand (i.e., on the spot)."

٣٩٢٦٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن خالد عن ابي قلابة عن (ابي) (١) الاشعث عن عبادة بن الصامت قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"الشعير بالشعير مثلا بمثل يدا بيد" (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه مسلم (١٥٨٧)، وأحمد (٢٢٧٢٧).
Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Barley, when exchanged for barley, should be equal and paid on the spot.

٣٩٢٦٣ - حدثنا وكيع حدثنا إسماعيل بن مسلم العبدي حدثنا ابو المتوكل الناجي عن ابي سعيد الخدري قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"البر بالبر والشعير بالشعير مثلا بمثل يدا بيد" (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) صحيح؛ أخرجه مسلم (١٥٨٤)، وأحمد (١١٩٢٨)، وأصله عند البخاري (٢١٧٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Wheat for wheat will be exchanged equally and in cash (sale), and barley for barley will be given equally and in cash. And it is mentioned regarding (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion that: he used to say that there is no harm in selling absent wheat in exchange for present wheat.
