Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The killer will not inherit."

Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The killer will not receive anything from the inheritance."

The same narration is also transmitted with another chain from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The killer does not inherit."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The killer does not become the heir (of the murdered)." Abu Abdur Rahman says: The narrator named Ishaq is abandoned in hadith; I have narrated from him among the shaykhs of Layth so that he does not become abandoned in the middle.

Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The killer will not receive anything from the inheritance."

This same narration is also transmitted with another chain from Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
