It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to the house of Sayyida Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her), and there was a hanging water-skin in the house. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood and drank water from it. Sayyida Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) cut off the mouth of the water-skin, and now it is with us.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Juhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I saw a small red leather tent, which was set up for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Then I saw Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), he brought water for ablution so that he (peace and blessings be upon him) could perform ablution. So people rushed (to seek blessings from the ablution water); whoever got some water, he rubbed it on his body, and whoever could not get any water, he began to take moisture from his companion’s hand.
