بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِالْعَتَاقَةِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ
Chapter: A man bequeaths emancipation and other things
Hadith Number: 404
نا هشيم، قال: انا منصور، عن الحسن , قال: " بالحصص" .
Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "It will be distributed according to the shares."

نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن , انه قال: " يبدا بالعتاقة , ثم قال بعد ذلك: بالحصص" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) first said: "It will begin with emancipation," then he said: "According to the shares."
